Unrefined coconut oil is a natural replacement for all processed oils and margarines. We still love using good quality extra virgin olive oils for our salad dressings and believe that Lucy Bee perfectly complements other natural oils. Most recipes can be adapted to include coconut oil and, as a result, all of its nutritional benefits.
We’ve found that we can actually use less coconut oil than the amount of fat suggested in recipes - this is equally true when using coconut oil for baking, frying with coconut oil or even roasting with coconut oil.
